The College of Law has chosen a.m.d. Abbas Samir is a member of the discussion committee for the master’s thesis tagged (Violating the negotiations of the electronic legal advice contract: a comparative study). The thesis was submitted by the student “Ali Abbas Hadi.”
The study aimed at analyzing the concept of the legal advice contract, which is not done by traditional means, but rather by modern electronic means. Therefore, it is necessary to keep pace with developments and address the breach in the negotiations of the electronic legal advice contract with modern legal rules commensurate with the development taking place with those means, due to the inability of traditional legal rules to provide legal solutions that are commensurate with modern electronic transactions.
